The receiving organization is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as Precision Bio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after we receive and inspect the returned batch. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
